Delete your Janken account

How to delete your account

• Sign in on playjanken.com, or open the Janken app.
• Open Settings (the gear icon in the menu).
• Under Account, choose "Delete account".
• Type your username, and your password if your account has one, then confirm.

What is deleted

• Your email address, username, password and Google sign-in.
• Your profile: picture, bio and country.
• Your ratings and your place on the leaderboards.
• Your friends, blocks, conversations and notifications.
• Your sign-in sessions on every device.

What is kept

Finished games stay in your opponents' history so their records and ratings stay correct, but they show "Deleted player" with nothing that identifies you. Reports and moderation records may be kept as long as needed to keep the service safe.

Can't sign in?

Write to support@playjanken.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Guest accounts

Guest accounts have no email address or profile. Guest accounts that have not been used for 30 days and never finished a game are deleted automatically.
